Associate 1

The position is responsible for providing in-person and video (telehealth) behavioral health screenings, psychotherapy and counseling. This includes telephonic behavioral health crisis intervention, care referrals, and coordination of care between physical and behavioral health. The incumbent is responsible for individual, couples, family and child counseling using evidence-based techniques under direct supervision of supervisors and case managers.

  • Associate, with registered pre-licensure number, recently graduated from Master's or Doctoral Program.

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field of study is required.

  • Current, unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Marriage Family Therapy (MFT) license to practice in the State of California required.

  • 1-3 years of related experience, e.g., Clinician experience, is required.

  • Willing to work in-person or via Telehealth

  • Attend in-person interview process
